Cleaning With Slime?

slime One of the things that grosses me out at work and here at home too, is how dirty our computer keyboards get. Have you ever noticed all the …. stuff… in the cracks and crevices? Ewwww. Yuck!

It’s hard to find something that really gets into those tight spots, though, right? I’ve tried cotton swabs, toothbrushes, canned air, and the edges of washcloths, but nothing really gets the sticky stuff off or out.

Which is why I want to try to make my own slime. Yep, slime to clean the cracks. I found the idea shared on a Pinterest board and will be running to the store tomorrow to buy some glue and Borax so I can try it out. The added benefit? My youngest can play with the stuff before we use it to clean with. It will be good for her sensory processing disorder!

You can buy some premade as shown in this video –

Or you can make your own at home using regular school glue, water and Borax or liquid starch. This video shows you how to make your own and with added fun!

Are you going to try it?
